My mum is that poet i can't battle with
My mum is that poet i can't battle with
Of course she is the only woman who ever beat me on words.
Only woman that cannot be replaces in this world
We have quarreled but still made peace.
...
Its because of her
I still glitter like a star
She invested her time day and night
To make my emotion my brains stay straight and always think right
I mean under her care,
They was some rules and regulations.. Break the laws na ata kuspare.
So you really had to think twice, before you bend down some rules and regulation
Before crossing her lane you really had to take some caution.
I broke severally and i had to weep
It was terrible especially if you we're a dreamer and she couldn't allow you to have enough sleep.
.
In class six
I was taken to a boarding school at All Saints academy a place near kapenguria
And I felt prisoned like the kapenguria six
I mean you know the boarding school stuff
How things are rough
In standard six and this was like being in prison... that is I did feel
Not having enough meal
The worst part was that I couldn't be chased for school fee
No shopping and a relative to see.
That is how i learnt i could not run away from problems
I learnt that another way of surviving in this life was by the use of games
Yaaah my friend what do you think I did?
I mean with how I love food
Me in school i can't properly feed
And back home they is garden eden full ever food
Of course I run away sneeked out
No bus fare started hustling at kitale street
And boom life become more tougher when you are free
So i decided to go home on day three.
Trust me the reception wasn't ka ile ya mwana mpotevu
Walai ilikuwa mbovu
I mean the queen herself was like sasa umesema utasoma.....?
And i taught i could win a battle of words with her by complaining Oooh Mimi sikuwingi na shopping
Chakula shule ni kidogo
And some other complains za uongo
....
My mum is the best gambler especially when gambling with words
She know the perfect cards
She can decide to counsel you or tear you apart.
Like i stayed home for a week
Taught the battle i had worn never to know i was such a freak
Cause that week I was feed quite well and different from the usual githeri at school
I grew fat and become a fool
Not understanding that was my mother weapon
On a Monday I was ask the same question in a different style
This time there was more stressing and repitation like Clinton umesema kabisa kabisa utasoma?
That day I was taken the chief
And the allegations against me you couldn't believe
I even doubted my mother love
I mean that day I learnt a lesson that I should never underestimate the power of a woman.
My mum did not refer me as a son
Instead as sturbon
She was like huyu mtoto anasumbua
And the chief was also a woman my friend... After the end of the complain
I realize the meaning of pain
Some Adminstration police we're told to tie me on a tree
I understood am chained to this government... And no matter what i can't be free.
The chief na nyaunyo msee alikuwa tu design she hits me akiuliza utarudia?
And kazi yangu ilikuwa tu kulia...
ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜funny enough i was crying woi mama
Sitarudia
Aaiii nakufa niokowe🥺ðŸ¤.
And thinking that was the end of it for the day.
At school my mum didn't lack words to say.
She ask ever teacher to ensure I was discipline
And that night i was like their wine.
Sema kutandikwa..

And now its a year to my Graduation
